Pricing
The pricing of the houses we sell is practically arranged so as to suit all budgets.
There are 5 possibilities:
Option 1. You buy only the kit (outside shell) and erect the house yourself. It will be delivered to the provided address in panels with all accessories and with full instructions. All 20cm to 24cm thick outside walls contain a sandwiched layer of glass fibre. The double glazed windows have a thickness of 5.5 cm and include all locks/hinges as well as solid exterior shutters of 3.5cm. The oudoor carpentry is of treated red pine wood and protected by a double layer of stain. For the roof covering we supply Bordolin tiles.
Option 2. As nº 1 but you have us erect it for you, again with Bordoline roof tiles as standard. In this case it is required that the completely level concrete base is ready for us to build your home on.
Option 3. As nº 2 but we add a solid oak or laminated wooden floors), 11cm to 13cm thick interior dividing walls, either panelled or of plasterboard, solid wooden interior doors (conifer) and we can tile the bathroom and kitchen walls if desired. (Tiled floors are also possible instead of wood)
Option 4. As nº 3 with in addition electrical wiring, plumbing and a bathroom suite
5. As nº 4 but with in addition, a kitchen with granite work surfaces and including top quality appliances (cooker, oven, extractor, refrigerator, dishwashing sink with taps, gas boiler) as well as wardrobes with drawers and shelves.
Below you will find a matrix for each "house type" available, against the chosen purchase "option". Please remember that these prices are for the absolute standard version of a model and that the final price will depend on your choice of finishings, extras and/or changes to the design (eg. more windows etc.)
There are 5 initial steps that need to be taken before we can start building your new dreamhome for you.
1. We need proof that you are the legal owner of your terrain as well as the fact that the land finds itself in an area qualified for construction.
2. You need to supply us with the certificate that the property is registered in your name (obtained from the land registry).
3. Also before we visit the property to study the terrain we need you to supply us with a localization plan (from local Council) and/or a topography.
4. With the above in order we develop your chosen houseplan and after your approval, present it to the Council and apply for their approval.
5. Once this is realised you sign a contract with our company and within 6 months you will be presented with the keys of your new home.

For the single wall cabins and holiday cottage type houses the prices are as follows
1. Kit price for the walls and roof beams 176€ m2
2. The underfloor beams and wooden floorboards 77€ m2
(If the buyer chooses varnished laminated floorboards it means an extra 14.20 m2
These prices also apply to verandas and patios)
3. Roof covering comprising of interior wood pannelling, polystyrene insulation sheeting, OSB sheeting, an antivapor layer, a wooden grid framework and ceramic tiles 41.80 m2
4. Front door (40mm) 385€ ea, Windows (35mm) 165€ ea., interior doors 132€ea
On a standard house the windows and doors come to about 105.60 m2
5. Total price of kit 400.40€ m2
6. Erection 214.50 m2
7. Painting, varnishing 2x , decorating 75.90€ m2
8. Total price for turnkey 613.80€ m2
9. Total price if one wants the base included as well 690.80€ m2
