Delivery
For most homes it is necessary to have a concrete slab ready on which to mount the house. This will have be organised with a local contractor or done by yourself.
Certain styles of home do not need this base and only the land will have to be prepared and properly levelled before delivery.
It is advisable to plan beforehand where the material can best be stored either before and during construction.
Our wooden and log home supplier will for a reasonable fee (or sometimes free), transport your house to the construction site in Portugal or Spain .
Please remember that after ordering your home it can take between 3 and 6 months to manufacture.
